Why Move with me?
People of all ages and backgrounds benefit from Movement classes with me. They for all fitness levels and everyBODY.
I offer:
  • Close supervision in Private and Semi Private classes by a highly qualified instructor.
  • Multiple exercise levels to suit you.
  • Programs adapted to suit pregnant/post natal women and older people or those with restrictions.
Those already exercising can find it:
  • It provides mobility and stability where required.
  • We can work to reduce muscle tension and develop and awareness of your movement patterns for injury prevention.
Those starting to exercise can find it:
  • Allows you to work at your pace
  • Creates strength and endurance of stabilising muscles.
  • There are flexible options to work around any restrictions or pain.
  • Theres a choice of exercise positions (standing, lying or seated)
  • It's a great way to move with even if you are tired or don't feel like it. I motivate you during the class.
What do I need to bring to Pilates classes?
Online Classes 
Ensure you are inside in a room with good internet connection. Have your electronic device fully charged and audio and video switched on. Please download Zoom before your session starts, click the link in the email I sent to join your meeting "class"and test the audio and video. Please be ready 5 minutes before your class start time with all the equipment you will require. A cushion is useful.
Studio Classes 
Please bring a large clean towel to place over equipment and your own water. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early and santise your hands on entry. Be prepared to fill out a form before your first session and make sure you bring clearance to exercise from your GP/Health Professional if required. Wear clothing you are comfortable to move and stretch in. You will need to wear socks for Pilates, grippy socks are preferable but not essential. Please ensure your mobile phone is on silent so we can immerse ourselves in Pilates. My classes are Private or Semi Private and it's a relaxed, friendly environment, so enjoy!
How do I start?
1. Have a look at the "OUR CLASSES" page.
2. Select "BOOK NOW" to view my schedule and to see if there's a time that suits you. You'll need to register to see more than 7 days in advance.
3. Select "BOOK NOW" to reserve and pay for your class online. Please read terms & conditions before you book online. As it's a home based studio, once you've booked, you'll receive confirmation and the exact address of your class or a link to join the class if we are online via Zoom. 
 
4. Complete NEW CLIENT FORM to arrange a time for me to call you and go through a quick health questionnaire. If you are unsure of anything then please contact me to help you.
5. If you are new to Pilates with us, please sign the online waiver I email to you before your first class.  If you have any health conditions/injuries or haven't exercised in a while, we strongly advise that you are cleared to exercise by a GP or Allied Health Professional prior to attending your first class to avoid disappointment.
